Here we are, the end of the season is approaching, and we needed to tell you about it. Each year is unique, but the one that has just ended will remain etched in our memories.
The 2025 season was intense, demanding, but above all extraordinary: dozens of weddings and events punctuated our summer, each one different, each one full of emotions, encounters and great stories to tell. Behind each reception, there was a mobilized team, committed partners, passionate families, and this common desire to share a unique moment around the table.
The highlights of a season rich in gastronomy and emotions
This year, there is one dish in particular that accompanied many of our events: sea bream and its virgin sauce. This dish particularly marked our receptions. We have adapted it according to the desires of our customers. Sometimes served in an elegant version on the plate, sometimes cooked on the griddle during cocktail parties. A dish that is both refined and sunny, which symbolizes our Mediterranean cuisine and our desire to combine freshness, authenticity and elegance.
This choice perfectly illustrates our philosophy. Each menu is designed to adapt to the place, to the season, and especially to the tastes of those who trust us.
