Recognition celebrating more than 25 years of family history
Being approached by Wezoree for this interview is a way to see the work carried out for over 25 years within our family business, founded by Dominique and Valérie Giannini and now led by the second generation, Morgane and Enzo, recognized beyond the borders of Provence. In this interview, we reflect on this transition: "Founded by Dominique and Valérie Giannini over 25 years ago, our house was born from a shared passion for gastronomy, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences", before pointing out that this philosophy has not changed in substance despite the change in ownership.
What we chose to share with Wezoree
In this interview, we revisit several facets of our work: a culinary identity rooted in the flavors of Provence, a concept of the wedding designed as a tailor-made experience rather than a succession of dishes, and a sense of service intended to remain discreet, even when the unexpected happens.
We specifically recount a memorable episode: a storm breaking out just before a wedding dinner in Provence, which our team completely reorganized in about twenty minutes without most of the guests even noticing. As we summarize: "Our role goes far beyond catering: we help preserve the magic of the day, no matter what the unexpected brings."
We also discuss how each menu is crafted with couples, our commitment to accommodating all dietary needs and restrictions with the same high standards, and our service areas across the French Riviera (Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) as well as internationally for destination weddings.
