Located in Le Pradet in the Var, fifteen minutes from the Toulon TGV station, forty-five minutes from Toulon-Hyères airport and one hour from Marseille-Provence airport, the Rocabella estate extends over six hectares of preserved Mediterranean nature, which can be entirely privatized.
Born in 1890 from the imagination of the entrepreneur Jules Petin and designed by Hans Georg Tersling (architect of Empress Eugénie), the estate was quickly an artistic and literary center in the south of France. Today, it is organized around four complementary villas: La Folie, a historic jewel of 1,600 m² with its large hall with the iconic staircase and its winter garden under a period glass roof; La Bastide, elegant and confidential in her Provençal dress; Le Cottage, nestled in the greenery for absolute privacy; and La Corniche, open to the sea for the largest tables.
For the reception, the Belvedere of the Corniche welcomes up to 150 guests for dinner, facing the sunset. The outdoor ceremony space overlooking the Mediterranean can bring together up to 150 people. The Temple, a heritage building with a unique character, acts as an evening space with bar and dance floor. The estate can thus accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, and much more in cocktail format depending on the configuration chosen.
In terms of accommodation, the Rocabella estate accommodates up to 80 guests on site, distributed in 40 rooms with private bathrooms. This rare residential capacity makes it possible to consider celebrations over several days, from the arrival dinner on Thursday to the brunch on Sunday morning. Offering your loved ones an immersive experience and total freedom.
The estate also benefits from four pool areas, including a thirty-meter infinity pool that merges into the sea horizon, a heated indoor pool with sauna, private access to a marine cove and a paddle tennis court with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
